What NOT to automate with AI (and what to automate): how an AI process automation company decides in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearic Islands
Six weeks of development, around €8,000 and a three-month lifespan. That is the typical path of an AI assistant that replies on its own to guest complaints. We have seen it at holiday-rental management companies in Palma de Mallorca: the tool worked and wrote well in three languages… and they still ended up switching it off. A guest with a broken shower in the middle of August
Red flags in an AI software development company’s proposal: what to question before signing in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearic Islands
“So how long would it take you?”“With AI, six weeks. Turnkey, everything included.”“And what if we change something later?”“Don’t worry, the AI adapts on its own.” This dialogue was repeated to us, almost word for word, by the manager of a holiday-rental management company in Palma de Mallorca who came to us for a second opinion. On her desk was a proposal from an AI software.jpg)
Shadow mode first: how to test an AI agent in your app without touching real customers (Palma de Mallorca and Balearics)
There is a myth that shows up in season demos: «shadow mode means delaying the launch». No. In Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca, shadow mode is the difference between an agent that proposes and an agent that writes garbage into the CRM on the same day the ferries arrive and cleans run out. Dry-run is not cowardice; it is refusing to let a model invent a check-out or a.jpg)
Season calendar: what custom SaaS must survive August peak in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearics
15 August, 11:40, Palma de Mallorca. A ferry delay holds a technician at the port. In Ibiza, three cleans collide because the system marks one “done” that has not started. In Menorca, warehouse stock does not match what the field team is asking for. Nobody sabotaged the SaaS on purpose: peak season exposed it. This article does not start with the perfect brief. It starts from.jpg)

The human in Palma de Mallorca dials, improvises, and burns three minutes just to learn whether Ana is in Ibiza, Menorca, or the same city.
From WhatsApp to a system: bottleneck map before hiring an AI process automation company in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearic Islands
Monday, 07:42. Marta —ops for a group based in Palma de Mallorca— opens her phone before coffee. Three unread WhatsApp chats: an owner in Santa Catalina asks for an early check-in; a cleaner in Ibiza sends photos of a broken AC; a Menorca supplier warns about a ferry delay. None of it is in the PMS. None has a ticket. Everyone assumes “someone already knows”. By 09:15 the
One-page brief: requesting a quote from an AI software development company in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearic Islands
Sample one-page brief (filled in) — illustrative Balearic business, not a published real-client case study with claimed metrics: Company: restaurant group with a central kitchen in Palma de Mallorca, seasonal pop-ups in Ibiza, and a fresh-goods supplier in Menorca. Goal (90 days): unify kitchen orders, waste, and shifts in one ops panel with per-site alerts. Current systems:
Human, agent, or hybrid: a task map for AI-agent apps in Palma de Mallorca and the Balearic Islands
Monday, 08:10. A maintenance tech opens the app in a hotel parking lot in Palma de Mallorca. An AI chat summarizes the work order then asks him to copy the same order into three more screens by hand. The same day in Ibiza, a supervisor watches an “agent” propose routes that ignore the ferry. In Menorca, the incident queue grows because nobody closed the ticket. People are not
